Shipping and Delivery

If you need your tea ASAP please let us know and we'll do our very best to get it to you by your deadline.

Domestic parcels (free shipping on all orders over $99)

Standard post:

• Flat rate of $8.95 (or free for all orders over $99)
• Your order will be packed as soon as possible (generally with one to three business days but up to five during busy periods) and will arrive with you from NSW in two to seven days depending on your location.  

Express post:

• Flat rate of $16.00 
• Your order will generally take between one and three days to arrive. Regional, rural, or remote locations may take a little longer.

Your order will be carefully boxed ready to ship within one to five working days of payment confirmation. Your purchase will generally be delivered by Australia Post. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times are subject to the standard Australia Post schedule and will vary depending on whether you select standard or express post and your location within Australia.

If no one is home at the time of delivery to receive your parcel, you may receive a card in your mailbox notifying you that your package will be available for collection from your nearest pickup point (generally your local post office branch). You can track your order via Australia Post and you can contact us at any time should you have further inquiries or shipping questions.

International parcels

Standard post:

• Flat rate of $22.00 
• Your order will generally take between seven and 14 working days to arrive (subject to customs requirements of your country). If you would like to organise express post, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm costs.

Cup Above Tea complies with Australian regulations, however your country may have different requirements for importing tea. You should confirm your local import requirements, and determine if any additional duties, taxes or surcharges will apply upon delivery. If you are unsure, check with your local authorities or contact us. Delivery will generally be within seven to 14 business days (to metropolitan areas of major cities), however customs delays may occur which are beyond the control of Cup Above Tea. You may need to sign for your parcel upon arrival.

Bespoke tea

If you are ordering a bespoke tea, the timeframe for delivery will be discussed with you as part of the design process. Bespoke teas are hand blended from scratch and need to rest for optimal flavour so they will take longer to arrive than tea purchased directly via the tea library.
