If you are not totally satisfied with the condition of your tea or teaware when it arrives, please let us know immediately so we can rectify the situation. Please include your order number and a brief description of your concerns.
If there has been an error on our part we are only too happy to replace this for you at no cost to you.
If there is another reason for your dissatisfaction, please contact us right away. We will provide you with a returns authorisation. Upon receipt of this, you will need to return the item in question to us, unused and unopened, within 15 business days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. The cost of this return shipment will be your own. The team will confirm the returned goods are in appropriate resalable condition and once checked, your refund or exchange will be processed.
We will do our very best to arrive at a solution you are happy with, however due to the limited nature of our tea and teaware we cannot guarantee the availability of exact replacements.
